Bespoke Projects
Volunteering with a group of family, friends or work colleagues provides an opportunity to design a project with one of our partner NGOs in a community you are interested in supporting.
KEY FEATURES OF A BESPOKE PROJECT
Our bespoke projects are designed with your group and our partner NGO’s needs in mind.
The work will usually be very similar to one of our public group projects – a volunteer construction project that will provide a community building, such as a village primary school, resource centre or health care facility. We will also organise an itinerary designed to familiarise you with the country you are volunteering in and the work of our partner there.

The projects are typically two or three weeks, and we will agree a registration fee and minimum fundraising target with you. If you raise more than the minimum needed to complete your project, we will work with you and our partner to identify where the extra funds could be put to best use. The registration fee covers most in-country costs (accommodation, most food, ground transportation and excursions) as well as our costs associated with arranging the project.

CORPORATE GROUPS
AidCamps works with organisations and businesses to create bespoke volunteering opportunities, for example, we have worked with Corporate Social Responsibility teams to develop projects overseas that are exclusively for their staff to join, led by an AidCamps project co-ordinator. We have already worked successfully with AkzoNobel, Clymac Fire & Security Systems, and Sage.
We work with a lead contact in the organisation and find a project that will leave a lasting legacy in one of the communities supported by our partner NGOs. This is a unique way to make a difference, build strong teams, face challenges together and raise the profile of your organisation.
